I am contemplating the leasing option, and need to know if $60 per acre is
not enough, the property has a reasonable disused herringbone dairy and
adequate feeding system the land is 80% irrigated and sown to good pasture,
the water right is adequate to match the farm size if all water is available
and used wisely. ALL rates and fertiliser are born by the lessor.......What
do others on the list think its worth???!!!! Real figures please.
