companies are doing to you!!

If you are going to stay in dairying make sure where ever you are that =
you
support your co-ops because at least the profits come back to you and =
the
more that support them, the higher the milk flow, the more they can =
dictate
the market price, the higher the profits they can return to you.

If you have a problem with this just go back to my comments last year on
co-ops and ask Gwyn Jones what happened in the UK 6 years ago when they =
did
not have co-ops - and you think things are tough here!!!!!!!

If you have a problem with how efficient the co-ops are - that is =
another
discussion that you can have with the co-op directors - they should be =
just
as efficient and hard nosed as the private companies, the difference =
being
that the profits go back to the supplier shareholders rather than =
outside
shareholders.

Just remember that all the local and international buyers are doing to =
the
co-ops exactly what you are doing to the service stations mentioned =
above so
the co-op has to keep changing its plans and strategies to survive just =
to
try to pay you a competitive milk price.
