My violin is playing for you all! If you don't enjoy your profession then

The dairy industry has a great future in front of it,
- high than average rains predicted this autumn/winter
- lower than average temp. this autumn/winter
- excellent milk price
- cheap feed stuffs
To maximise this situation all you need is management. To have the skill to
put all of these things together and make your asset hum.
Why are people only striving to be average at there profession? You should
aim at the top and never take your eye off it. Knowledge is wealth, so go
out and find out what your strengths and weakness are, once finding what
your weaknesses are, learn, research, practise, improve what ever it is. If
you cant, employ someone who can, it would work out cheaper to employ
someone doing it spot on then you doing a half baked job of it.
The reason there is a problem with enticing young people into this career
path is because it is so easy to hear these stories of people doing it
tough, not making any money, not having a life. Do you know why you don't
here of all the good news stories, people have great wealth and life
style?... Its because they have got there head down having a fare dinkum
crack at this job and just ignore the people with a chip on there shoulder
or and axe to grind.
So I recommend you all do the same, have a crack, you might surprise
yourself, you might actually enjoy it, and if you don't.... then leave.
