my name is Carol Bradshaw and I am a dairy farmer in partnership with my
husband Barrie at Mountain View.
As well i work on a dairy program call Dairy Business Focus. This program
is Free to dairy farming families and runs for three days
Following is a drief rundown of Dairy Business Focus:
Dairy Business Focus would like to give you, your family and staff the
opportunity to participate in this program.
The DBF workshop consists of 3 days from 10am till 3pm with 2 days on
business management run by the Target 10 team and a dairy consultant and
one day of financial management with a dairy consultant.
N.B. Dairy Business Focus workshops are FREE.
Some areas the workshop covers:
? Short, medium and long term planning
? Enterprise benchmarking
? Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats based on financial,
human and natural resources
? Medium and long term goals with a draft vision for your business and
your family
? Communication issues
? Financial decision making
? Cash flow budgeting
