Hi everyone,
Could anyone tell me what the current recomendation is for dairy
plant wash down, should you use the Acid wash as an am or pm wash for best
results.
My hot water service is a night rate unit, and I always believed
that you should use the Acid am, but I was recently told by a salesman that
pm would be more suitable. No shortage of hot water.
