I'd like to add some words to my previous posting.

Japanese OS has US (or Roman JIS) keyboard layout too. But if Apple's JIS
Keyboard or compatible is connected, this keyboard layout is interpreted
differently. Though I don't know the exact reason, I presume this is due
to ID of KCHR resource. It seems that, if another ID is given to KCHR, the
layout will work free from OS's intervention.
