Does anyone out there know how to type straight quotes (") (') on a _JIS-Keyboard_ (The kind delivered with Japanese Macs and inaptly--or should I say, ineptly--named "U.S.") when smart quotes are on?
And while we're on the topic (or rather off?) is there any way to get a Keyboard Layout for the real U.S. keyboard? I don't know if I'm gonna last much longer trying to type <shift>7 for the single quote, never mind the trouble I'm having finding the other keys.
