Awww gee, now I see it. Must be that strong encryption stuff, the
"Defense" Department wants to be sure they can snoop on international
traffic I guess. They probably make you get black market browsers to do
your banking with too. Go figure.

I guess the good old days live on in the imaginations of bureaucracy,
while the Minox in the overcoat pocket has been replaced by the webcam.
And you have to pay a zillion dollars extra for a Japanese language kit
while I sit in the Yankee heartland with at least three live photos of
Red Square on my desktop for free.
