I know this is way off topic, but I thought that maybe a couple of you
might be interested and willing to help out...
I am planning on entering an excerpt from my translation of The Story of
the Grail, by Chretien de Troyes, in a translation competition. I would
greatly appreciate if any of you would be willing to have a look at it,
and give me any comments you might have.
What I am trying to do most is establish a voice that is neither archaic
or too coloquial, in order to give the story the energy and interest that
it deserves.
On the following page:

you will find an introduction and the excerpt in question.
Thanks in advance for any comments you may have.
