I don't have a clue about Japanese type setting, but I have now and then seen japanese versions of Elle and similar magasines etc :-) What kind of software have they been made with then, if InDesign is the first DTP pack to support only the **elementary** requirements of Japanese ? Do you have your own "home made" (=only meant to mean "made in Japan" in this context) programs ? And if so, why don't you call them "DTP" programs ? Just curious. Leif
