Hi Mark, I don't print much but do highlight often. I use NW primarily for coding in a variety of web scripting languages, so it's easy for me to get lost and confused. I highlight using colors mostly, but sometimes with bold, bigger size, or a different font, and now and then apply a marker. I use macros and styles to apply (or remove) some of these universally. You might want to try creating and applying a style called "highlight" to add your choice of characteristics to passages, and when printing you may turn off the characteristics without removing the style, then turn it back on afterwards. -m quoth Mark Masny (net.mail@VERIZON.NET) on 1/10/01 11:13 PM: >Another question in my Nisus Writer evaluation: What methods are most >popular for editing one's work.
