Re: Writer's Question

I wrote my Ph.D. thesis (about 120 pages + graphs and graphics) in Nisus,
while the guys next door wrote their (about 80 pages) in Word 98, on win
98). I worked with almost no problems, no crushes, convenient publish
subscribe etc., had all my Ph.D. in one document (I gave NW 48 Mb RAM)
while they had to divide their work to different files (otherwise Word
would crush every time) and keep cursing Microsoft. Word have sometimes a
"mind of it own" and its not always clear how to turn thease "featurs"
off. The NW find/replace features, even in power find level alone were
very helpful as well. (I should mention I did one big table in Word since
the table tool of NW far from perfection,,,).
Hope it helps Yoram
