Hi Kino

Thanks for the work-around. It seems to do the job so far, except it is
best only with end notes -- or if used with footnote, all notes should
start from the second page. (If the first page also has some foot notes,
the added note appears at the bottom of the page AFTER the footnotes.

any way,  its better  than nothing
