At 12:00 AM -0500 on 1/8/2001, buggy old Eudora managed to spit out
this message from RH Sprinkle:

> No such trouble using iCab (for, what now, two years?) in combination
>with Nisus and now PowerMail, etc. The iCab team -- in reality Oliver
>Joppich and Alexander Clauss -- would surely like the opportunity to

Well, I hadn't noticed anything amiss either, at first. And I'm
surprised that I have not heard a word about a similar situation from
other 68k iCab users, still, the fact is, my other applications, as
well as the system, have returned to their imperfectly 'normal'
state, since trashing iCab. We shall see...I too am doubtful that
iCab was the the sole cause of the problem....there are too many
variables on my end.. When I can do a 'clean' install of 7.6.1 or 8,
I will try it (iCab) again. My intuition tells me it is an Open
Transport problem, or something to do with file-mapping problems, or
both (that seems obvious, still...).

All the best,
BrianS
