I use British Dictionaries on a British Nisus and have no problems, although it means setting all the stationary files to British language, setting all the styles to British, setting the preferences to British dictionaries, and setting the Style> Language to English (UK). It works, but sometimes at the end of a spell check it reports that it can't check any more because the US dictionary cannot be found. Abdassamad
