Right -- this bug (i.e., macros with styled text screw up when used on
double-byte languages) is not limited to the Japanese system. I'm now
running on US OS9.0.4, and the behavior when running such macros on
Japanese and Chinese text is exactly the same. So it is a script problem,
not a system problem (as far as I can see).
