Hello Nise People, I am happy to report that there is no bug in NE regarding personalities, just the usual operator trouble. I had previously written that although I changed Remote Access and TCP/IP, NE would not check mail automatically for different personalities with different servers. It would however, check and send correctly if I went online first. I have just discovered that when setting up Remote Access for a second server, the Options MUST be set up for that server also. I had wrongly assumed that the Options would be the same as for the original server by default. For my second server, I had not set Remote Access, Options, Protocol, to "Connect automatically when starting TCP/IP applications". Hence it did not do so. Strangely, Eudora was able to check all servers without this. My apologies for leading you astray. Regards Doug
