Hey Geoff, we've got to get to the bottom of this.  I first formulated
the Cramer Proportionality Hypothesis last fall when my advisor was
saying that the best anti-virus software available was a Mac.  Does that
give me precedence?  I still haven't done the tests to prove it, though.
