Nisus Writer and Action Menus bug?

Hello,

I have discovered that on my system Nisus Writer menus are rather sluggish when PowerOn's Action Menus is enabled.  With both NW 5.1.3 (demo) and NW 4.1.6 there was always a short delay or stiffness before the menu would drop down.  Occassional this stiffness would turn into a full on system freeze. I initially thought that this was a product of NW's "Menu Loading Bug" but I just today turned off Action Menus and have found this stiffness has completely disappeared. Perhaps there is a small bug between the two programs.
